Who the classes are for
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Gi and No-Gi training for beginners and experienced students.
Kids self-defence
Age-group programs based on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, with focus, coordination, teamwork, and confidence.
Beginners
At Town, beginner classes run on Monday and Wednesday at 07:00 and 17:30, and on Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00 and 18:30. No experience needed.
