Classes under Professor Vladimiro "Miro" Afonso (4th degree black belt), Eduardo “Eddie” Afonso (2nd black belt), Andrew "Topo" Toporis (2nd degree black belt and grappling pioneer in Jersey) and Charlie Tromans (black belt).
Kids Classes
Self-defence program based on Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu.
Learning in a fun way how to deal with real life situations and improving discipline, coordination, focus and team work.
How to deal with losing or winning, increasing self-confidence and self-esteem.
MMA and BJJ Beginners Classes
MMA and BJJ classes designed for people without any previous experience with martial arts or returning to train if you had previous experience.
